Employees of the Investigation Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Tambov completed the investigation of a criminal case on theft of money from ATMs in Tambov. In August 2020, a criminal group that came from the Moscow region, using special manipulations and bank cards of residents of Tambov, stole money from ATMs.

Law enforcement officers detained two malefactors. The total amount of damage to the bank was about 300 thousand rubles, the thieves managed to spend the stolen funds on their own needs. The involvement of the detained persons in similar facts in other regions is being checked.
