first make a yandex money account
once u have done that grab A VCC from there it will require u to use ur phone to get the CVC AND expiry date
okay so what now ??
go to google cloud
make an account with the VCC
click on the TRY COMPUTE ENGINE
follow the little tutorial after making a project
now click on that create button to create ur new RDP
we aren't done Yet
Now go and input everything u want ( name specs etc) BTW DONT FORGET TO CHANGE DEBIAN OS TO WIN 2016 OR ULL GET A LINUX VPS
after u create the RDP
now go and click that arrow under connect 'RDP' click and choose download RDP file or some shit
now open it
if an error comes out
select ur RDP from the site and click reset in the bar above it (as an arrow shortcut )
now click that arrow again near RDP and choose first option fill in the box and then u'll get ur password
save that pass in a TXT file
Now connect to ur VPS
