2. When you call, a machine voice will pick
the call ??, it will read out the terms for
you;
A. Pressing (1) on your keyboard is to
check the status of your dispute
B. Pressing (2) Is to ask about an
unrecognized Moneylion charge on your
external bank account
C. Pressing (3) is for filing for a new
dispute.
Now since we are filing for a new dispute,
Press (3) ...
3. The call will be forwarded to an agent,
she will introduce herself and ask what
your problem is, don’t get worried, she
can’t call you fraud or call the cops, she
can’t do anything to u, the worse she can
do is to cut the call.
4. He/She will ask for;
A. He/She will ask for name: Tell her the
name on the Moneylion account.
B. He/She will ask for Email: Give her
your personal email account so they
send any alert there.
C. He/She will ask for phone number:
Tell them the real phone number on
file, if she asks why u didn’t use that
to call, say u having an issue with that
phone and already filed for a new one.
D. He/She will ask for ssn: If you know
the ssn you can tell her, if you don’t,
tell her you don’t feel comfortable
sharing your personal ssn information
on the phone, as you scared anyone
5. Tell them u didn’t authorize a
transaction on it so you want them to
refund the money back into the account.
Give the transaction ID on that transaction
to her
6. She will ask you whether you are sure
the account wasn’t authorized by you, you
can even swear with your grandparents

7. Once approved, she will tell you it will
take 5-6 business days for money to be
deposited into account, but it mostly
instant or next day.
