Several ways you can do it,
1) Call them, order you regular pizza with whatever on it, pay cash on delivery
2) open the pizza before pay for it, and say the order was completely wrong
3) They will blame the CSR and most likely give you the pizza for free and money ($15-$20) onto your account
4) You don't have to but Tip the driver so his/her time wasn't completely wasted
works 99% of the time, people did it all the time where I worked, eventually dominos will catch on and not give free stuff anymore and instead just remake the pizza
If you order carryout, they will usually let you keep the original pizza aswell.
