Making an email address to cardholders name

I was wondering lets say I made an email address to the cardholders name would the anti fraud system detect that its a fraudulent email as it has only been made as of recently? I've also seen in different threads about people buying purchased/delegated emails what do these do and where could you buy one from. Finally to add on if i were to purchase an Item and I added my real phone number could it be linked back towards me?

To succeed in carding, you must use the cardholder's e-mail. If you do not have access to the cardholder's e-mail, then you must register a new e-mail. To do this, indicate the cardholder's first and last name in the login.

Since your new e-mail will not be associated with the cardholder, you will score several fraud points in the eyes of the site's anti-fraud system, but this does not mean that payment by card will be rejected.
You can buy old e-mails, but they will also not be associated with the cardholder, so this is a pointless purchase.

You can register a domain, set up a simple website and register an e-mail in the name of the cardholder, thereby you will receive a corporate e-mail, which is more trustworthy in the eyes of the anti-fraud system of a site or online store than a free e-mail.
