In this method you will need two PayPal accounts and two eBay accounts.
Step 1: Purchase someone’s PayPal and eBay accounts. Make sure your PayPal is verified and linked to a CC. The credit card needs to have a high limit.
Step Two: Log in to your eBay account and list an item costing between $300 and $4000.
Step 3: Log into eBay with the stolen account and purchase the product you listed using the hacked PayPal account. Verify the transaction with the stolen eBay account and give feedback to your real account.
Step four: Transfer the money to your eBay account and spend it on whatever you like. The person will not be able to charge-back because you accepted the payment with the stolen eBay account.
