Hey thanks for this. Need a bit of advise. I have been getting track 1 and track 2 data with PIN for the UK and getting cards with hico magnetic strips to write them to. I then scratch the chips on the cards to make sure that the ATM's use the fall back for the authorization. The only issue is that the ATM lets you put in the PIN and then select to withdraw cash but then it declines the transaction after that. Is there anything else that I should be doing? I am using an MSR to write the details to the cards and the MSRX software. If you can give me any pointers I would really appreciate it.
