Get the needed in-app item right inside the app.
Visit play.google.com, click the top right gear icon, and choose My Account.
Find your purchase in the order history, click the three dots on the right, then choose Report a problem.
Choose the choice. I bought this but did not receive it and give the following description:When I attempted to purchase this, the app collapsed; I never got the item.
Refunds for items below $10 are usually handled right away. Processing for purchases above $50 could take a few days.
