Can OTP be tracked by others (authorities)?

I am planning to use my own device and phone number to just gain access to login an account, and I want to create mutiple numbers under my name. \

If the phone number is just used for loggin or sign up for an account, am i experiencing any risk? Will I get tracked by any other people through OTP?(as the only evidence).
(I use proxy /vpn to do actual carding)

If the phone number or SIM card is registered under your real name, then, theoretically, there is a possibility that the authorities will be able to track you.
If you engage in carding for amounts less than $4-5k for each payment with someone else’s card, then you will not arouse interest from law enforcement agencies and an investigation into fraudulent activities will not begin.
